Automated Optical Inspection
Automated optical inspection (AOI) uses cameras to inspect manufactured parts for visible defects and dimensional or shape variations. This non-contact method supports quality inspection during production.
Mitutoyo 2D CMM
Our Mitutoyo measuring equipment supports dimensional inspection by measuring points on a component's surface and comparing its geometry with the required dimensions.
2.5D Video Measuring Machine
This video measuring machine combines camera-based inspection, controlled illumination, and linear scales for dimensional measurement. Its granite base and column provide structural stability, while image processing supports edge detection and repeatable measurements.
Features include a grade 00 granite base and column, a 1/3-inch color CCD camera, eight-division LED surface illumination, and linear scales with a resolution of 0.001 mm.
Vickers Hardness Tester
Vickers hardness testing uses a diamond indenter to make an impression on a prepared sample. The impression is measured optically to determine the material's hardness.
Vickers microhardness testing is described in ASTM E-384. Typical microhardness loads range from 10 gm to 1 kgf; macro Vickers loads can reach 30 kg or more. Samples must be highly polished so that the impressions can be measured.
HR-400 Rockwell Hardness Tester
Rockwell hardness testing measures the depth of an indentation under defined test loads. Results are reported on the relevant Rockwell scale, such as HRA, HRB, or HRC.
Sample Cutting Machine
The cutting machine prepares cross-sections of components for inspection and measurement.
TUR-105 Thread Gauge
Thread gauges are used to check screw-thread features, including thread pitch.
CV-2100 Contour Measuring Instrument
The CV-2100 measures component contours. Its Z-axis detector has a measuring range of 50 mm.
SJ-410 Surface Roughness Tester
The SJ-410 is a portable instrument for measuring and evaluating surface roughness.
The stated straightness specification is 0.3–0.5 μm over a traverse length of 25–50 mm.
SJ-210 Portable Surface Roughness Tester
The SJ-210 is a portable instrument for inspecting the surface roughness of components.
Roundness and Cylindricity Measuring System
This system uses a rotary table with an air bearing to support roundness and cylindricity measurements.
